Elizabeth is a certified personal trainer, online fitness and nutrition coach, and competitive bodybuilder. She specializes in guiding women away from the traditional focus on weight loss and toward sustainable fat loss through strength training, balanced nutrition, and intentional habit change.
Her own transformation at the start of menopause—built on muscle, mindset, and metabolic health—motivated her to open a women’s-only fitness studio and develop a custom coaching app that provides personalized workouts, nutrition support, and habit tracking.
