About Chelsea Ryckis:
Chelsea Ryckis is the founder and president of Ethos Benefits, a company focused on improving health insurance for employers. She and her husband Donovan are changing the system to cut out waste and save money for employers and employees. Originally from Canada, Chelsea's journey with the American healthcare system began after a sports injury ended her plans for medical school. This inspired her belief that if something can be done better, it should be.
Chelsea speaks at major events like ALM Benefits Pro Expo, SHRM HR Florida, and ISCEBS. She produced the documentary It’s Not Personal, It’s Just Healthcare and co-hosts the Ethos Effect podcast with Donovan. She was named the Most Innovative Healthcare Consultant in the US for 2024 and won the Advisor of the Year award by Benefits Pro. Chelsea became an American citizen in 2024. She loves the beach, paddleboarding, and being active with Donovan and her service dog, Copious.

EVENT FORMAT (YOU CHOOSE ONE)
CHOICE 1: FORE OR MORE - (Starts at 5:30pm) Enjoy a scramble format in a stress-free collaborative environment. Even if you’re a newbie to the game, you can participate in our signature “fore or more” events because women will let you borrow clubs and give you hands-on teaching. If you hit a crappy ball...just pick it up…unless it’s in an alligator's mouth…don’t be like chubs. If you whiff the ball, it’s a practice swing… We’re here to have fun! ;)
CHOICE 2: LESSON - (Starts at 6pm) The LEGS Improvement Club is designed for newbies and veterans and our lessons bring the FUN to Fundamentals giving you knowledge on all aspects of the game. Newbies, just don’t get stuck at the range for too long. The magic happens on the course!

What if I don't have clubs? No worries, girl! We adopt a "sharing is caring" mentality, so we all share clubs, so you don't have to make the investment until you're ready.
What happens if there is bad weather? Our stoke level for LEGS events is always high, so we never want to cancel due to weather; however, your safety is our number one priority. If there is inclement weather, we pivot to “wine & wine” and offer indoor lessons on topics like etiquette, rules, and golf related nuggets. If we do have to cancel, we will give you a credit for your next event!
