Join Utah County LEGS for Beyond the Boardroom, a special lunchtime panel bringing women together for an engaging conversation around leadership, communication, confidence, and connection.

In collaboration with Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership, this event will feature perspectives from women who understand what it means to lead, communicate effectively, navigate challenging conversations, and build meaningful professional relationships.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Leadership Panel – Hear from LEGS Founder Jillian Johnson, Calli Shafer, Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership, and other women leaders as they share perspectives and experiences from beyond the boardroom.

✨ Featured Guest Robin Huling – Author and leadership and communication facilitator Robin Huling will lead a fun, interactive conversation exploring what happens when confidence, communication style, curiosity, conflict, and personality collide.

Using real-world scenarios and insights from DISC behavior theory, Robin will explore how we can communicate with greater intention, adapt to different personalities without losing our authenticity, and build stronger relationships in business and beyond.
